EBX works with land planners, environmental engineers, landscapers, and real estate lawyers to provide a total “full-service” solution for clients seeking to solve their mitigation and restoration needs.

EBX's Role

EBX provides project financing, project team assembly and coordination, land search and acquisition, as well as landowner coordination. We handle the overall risk and liability, as well as long term land management.

Our partners fulfill the engineering and technical aspects of the project. EBX’s expertise complements our partner firm’s offerings. This partnership respects and enhances our technical affiliate’s existing client relationships.

Typical Project and Solution

EBX values its relationships with affiliates. Each project requires a different type of involvement, but as an example, assume that a land planner is engaged to design a plan for a large land tract which has significant critical habitat for endangered species. In this case, EBX would:

• Work with the land planner to determine if there is any underlying ecosystem restoration value on the property
• Identify different mitigation options
• After the land planner decides the optimal use for the various portions, EBX contracts with the client to provide turn-key capitalization and delivery of the required mitigation and restoration solution
• Hire the land planner for additional engineering work on this project as part of implementation
