Our Service

EBX works with farmers and ranchers, family trusts, timberland owners and managers, national and local land trusts and conservation organizations. We guide these individuals and groups so they can realize the financial benefits afforded by current environmental laws and incentives.

EBX works with landowners in various capacities. As an example, consider that EBX has another client in need of mitigation credits. EBX pays the landowner for an easement on a defined portion of the land on which restoration will occur. EBX then restores the ecosystem as the landowner retains ownership and enjoys the benefits of the restored area.
